The band plays Afro-Brazilian grooves and from its base in Central Scotland, performs at home and abroad.
Highlights have been parades in:
- Barcelona
- Dublin for Pride,
- performing in the streets and live on TV for Amsterdam’s Queen’s Day
Festival, and opening festivals in Italy:
- the Pennabilli International Busking Festival in Le Marche
- Maratea Music Festival in southern Italy.
At home, Beat That are regular performers at rock and music festivals:
- Belladrum,
- International Women’s Day events,
- anti-war and anti-violence-against-women marches,
- Pride and other LGBT events.
They have also played at :
- galas,
- fetes and fairs,
- dinners,
- weddings and funerals.
